Kids Pre-Registration

We are excited for your visit to Center Church! We have a fun and engaging service waiting for your kids. You can use this form to provide more information about your family and make the check-in process smoother when you arrive. All of our Early Childhood (6 months-PreK) and Elementary (K-5th Grade) areas have a secure check-in and check-out process so that you can feel confident that your kids are well taken care of.
